Also, best of luck with your guide. CNCing is very expensive and time consuming (especially to get set up), but making your own stuff is pretty awesome.

We've tested several candidates for a polycarb blend for our Turbocharger, and ended up with one material with high chemical resistance and of course the usual high tensile strength/impact absorbency. We're always on the lookout for better materials, so we're having our vendor (local, USA) pump out some special material one-off protos for destructive testing.

looks like everyone wants to just ride, so meet us at the bottom sometime in the afternoon i think we are heading out around 2, and we'll be using my pickup as a shuttle, i think moose is open?
it's a big GMC Sierra Duramax with a canopy on the box, i dunno if you've spyed it in my photos but we'll be truckin in that today
